Karavias Underwriting Agency established in 2014 by George Karavias and a highly experienced team of insurance executives, was the result of the successful course of Karavias & Associates (est. 1986). Since 1992 we are acting as Lloyd’s Coverholder, handling Binding Authority Agreements on behalf of various Lloyd’s Underwriters for a wide range of risks.

Through our overall insurance expertise, capacity, underwriting knowhow, and profitability combined with our long-standing relationship with Lloyd’s organization, we have expanded our market penetration in Greece and abroad. Our lean and effective business model and ability to underwrite niche lines of business, is supported by our human capital and independent distribution channel.
